FARMHOUSE

The B&B La Sergiunga del Monferrato is an old farmhouse built in 1800 by a wealthy family of Grazzano town, with the purpose of lodging peasants cultivating the surrounding land, and the animals, within stable part of the farmhouse itself.

The farmhouse has been restructured by local artisans, meticulously respecting the features and the constructive systems of the site. Moreover, it has been furnished by the owner with old furnitures, loved by the house owner and made available to the guests with the intent of offering to all of them, since they are considered as friends, an accommodation of grace and quality.

The vocation of La Sergiunga del Monferrato is to let the guests feel themselves in a place conceived for their serenity and rest. In this mood, to enhance the beauty of the surrounding countryside, an outdoor pool was built in 2016. Located in the farmhouse private meadow just behind the house, the pool is flooded by the sun from the early morning to evening and its water is maintained at the right heat during the night. It is particularly pleasant to take the last swim of the day on the late afternoon, while enjoying spectacular sunsets.

Breakfast

Waking up at La Sergiunga is a pleasure for all the senses: the view on the vineyards, the quiet of the countryside, the aromas and flavors of local products. A rich breakfast is served on the outdoor covered patio in the summer time or in the cozy dining room during winter.

La Sergiunga is located in the heart of Monferrato, a place of gastronomic delights and excellent wines. We offer our guests a welcome tasting of some of the excellence that this land offers.

Pool

La Sergiunga offers its guests a beautiful pool. On request, at the poolside you can sip a drink or taste a light meal.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning and TV. A wi-fi connection is available in every area of the house.

Nature

On request, it is possible to organize guided tour during which connoisseurs of the local flora will teach you about native plants and flowers, characteristic of every single season.
